If you have missed an appointment or need to reschedule, please follow the instructions below. Reservations are valid for rescheduling at another Sportlink event location for 90 days post the date of the event.
To reschedule an appt, email jhuizinga@sportlinkusa.com the following information:
Student name
Phone Number
Email (where you would like the confirmation to be sent)
Event where student is currently registered
Event where student is rescheduling
Attach a copy of the receipt (if available)
You will be scheduled in the next available time at the event where you are rescheduling. A Sportlink representative will email you to confirm the rescheduled reservation.
Prior to 10 business days before an event, you may receive a refund for a cancellation. There are NO REFUNDS made within 10 business days of the start of an event.
To receive a refund prior to 10 business days of the start of the event, email refund@sportlinkusa.com the following information:
